Hong Kong, February 13th, 2025 – AIGC music platform and Web3 startup Fireverse announced today that it has successfully raised $USD 2.5million in a Series A Round financing. Co-Led by Nobody (also known as Moonbox Limited) with support from OKX Ventures, with participation from T-Fund, BingX, GateLabs, Chain Capital, TCC Capital, Central Research and Stratified Capital, this investment will fuel Fireverse’s mission to revolutionize the AI-powered music space, enhance its music generation tools, and expand its global user base. The move drives the valuation of the startup established mid June 2024 to approximately USD$30million.
Since successfully acquiring the licensing rights to produce music based NFTs with the intellectual property (IP) of classic Stephen Chow films, such as “Journey to the West: Conquering the Demons,” “Journey to the West: The Demons Strike Back” and “The Mermaid” from Moonbox Limited, Fireverse has successfully launched an AIGC music platform in October 2024 that enables users to use AI to generate high quality songs in less than 5 minutes. Since its launch till December 31st 2024, the platform has grown rapidly and has gathered more than 1.3million registered users in less than 3 months.
