Following the opening remarks, Alexander Ververis, Founding Architect & CTO of BOT Chain, delivered a keynote speech titled “AI-Native Public Blockchain: From Technological Innovation to Large-Scale Adoption.”
He emphasized that the world has entered a new era of AI-driven productivity transformation, in which AI agents are becoming deeply integrated into value creation across industries. Against this backdrop, the industry urgently requires unified underlying infrastructure capable of supporting the next generation of intelligent digital ecosystems.
Alexander provided an in-depth overview of BOT Chain’s three core technological pillars: its AI-native architecture, modular design, and intelligent value network. He also introduced the platform’s five-layer ecosystem framework, comprising the Layer-1 infrastructure, blockchain explorer, cross-chain bridge, BDEX, and BO Wallet, which together form a comprehensive foundation for scalable AI applications.
Highlighting BOT Chain’s ecosystem achievements, he revealed that the network has already attracted 350 ecosystem partners, with 70 applications successfully deployed on the mainnet, supported by a US$50 million ecosystem development fund that has created a sustainable growth flywheel.
Since the launch of its mainnet in February this year, BOT Chain has achieved industrial-grade operational performance, processing tens of millions of blocks and transactions while maintaining low-latency block production and cost-efficient transaction fees, further demonstrating the maturity and real-world viability of its technology.
The presentation provided a comprehensive overview of BOT Chain’s full-stack ecosystem strategy, spanning foundational technologies, mainnet operations, ecosystem incentives, computing infrastructure, and payment solutions, offering global industry participants a practical blueprint for the large-scale adoption of AI-native public blockchains.
BOT Server Launch Ceremony

Under the collective attention of all distinguished guests, the summit proceeded to the BOT Server Launch Ceremony. With the successful completion of the event, the “BOT Compute Server Launch Ceremony | Igniting Global Hashpower · Powering the BOT Era” was officially inaugurated, marking the formal rollout of BOT Chain’s hardware ecosystem and further strengthening its integrated software-and-hardware development strategy to support the expansion of a global computing network.
The ceremony highlighted the latest milestones in BOT Chain’s hardware ecosystem development and reflected its broader vision for advancing global ecosystem construction and large-scale growth. The launch also demonstrated BOT Chain’s commitment to building a comprehensive infrastructure that bridges physical computing resources with the digital economy.
Distinguished guests and ecosystem partners from around the world witnessed this significant moment together, celebrating another important milestone in BOT Chain’s global development journey.
BOT Server Demonstration & Solution Sharing Session

Alexander Ververis, Founding Architect & CTO of BOT Chain, returned to the stage to conduct a comprehensive live demonstration of the BOT Server. He emphasized that the mining server is far more than a piece of hardware—it serves as a physical gateway into the BOT Chain ecosystem, connecting device deployment, wallet integration, reward generation, and asset withdrawals into a complete on-chain settlement loop.
During the demonstration, he showcased the entire process, including hardware installation, system activation, and device binding. The setup requires only basic peripheral equipment, and deployment can be completed within minutes once the device is connected to the internet, enabling even first-time users to get started quickly and easily.
He also demonstrated the server’s real-time monitoring and reward management capabilities. Through the backend dashboard, users can view device performance, hardware utilization, and detailed operation logs in real time, while rewards can be transferred directly to the mainnet wallet with a single click. The entire process is fully transparent and traceable.
Alexander concluded that every stage—from installation and activation to device binding, status monitoring, and reward withdrawals—has been standardized and simplified. By leveraging physical hardware as a verifiable gateway to on-chain participation, BOT Chain introduces an open and transparent participation model that overcomes the limitations of traditional closed and centralized computing systems.

Following the live demonstration, Robin, ecosystem representative and trainer at Cary Academy, delivered a presentation on the positioning of the BOT Server product, its launch strategy, and the ecosystem’s shared-value model. He emphasized that this release represents far more than the introduction of a new hardware product—it marks the beginning of a new infrastructure paradigm integrating AI and blockchain technologies.
Unlike conventional mining devices that focus solely on token generation, the BOT Server is designed to support real ecosystem operations, where hardware resources, AI services, and diverse applications reinforce one another to create a sustainable and long-term industrial value loop.
Robin also announced the product’s limited release plan, phased sales mechanism, and revenue distribution model. The entire product line will be limited to 1,000 units, with subscriptions opening in multiple phases. Computing power rewards for subsequent batches will increase progressively, providing additional incentives as the ecosystem expands.
The revenue-sharing framework has been designed to balance the interests of individual participants, community leaders, and platform development, establishing a sustainable, win-win economic model for all stakeholders. In addition, unified retail pricing and a tiered VIP incentive system were introduced to foster a stable, inclusive, and community-driven participation structure.
