Dubai, UAE — October 24, 2025
The Vision 2030: Global Digital Economy & Brand Excellence Summit, co-hosted by MOVA and MINAX, concluded successfully at the Palazzo Versace Dubai. The summit gathered leading figures from the Middle East, Asia, Europe, and North America — including policymakers, institutional investors, blockchain innovators, and brand executives — to explore the future of RWA tokenization, blockchain ecosystem development, and brand digitalization.
A Global Forum for RWA and Digital Transformation
Against the backdrop of accelerating global digital transformation, the summit provided a panoramic view of how RWA are reshaping finance and commerce. The discussions centered on critical themes such as asset tokenization and on-chain verification, cross-chain interoperability, stablecoin infrastructure, and the digital twin economy for global brands.
Participants shared insights on how blockchain technology is bridging traditional financial systems and emerging decentralized economies, laying the foundation for a more transparent and inclusive digital future.

Keynote Speakers: Technology, Trust, and Global Collaboration
In his opening address, Bobby Zhou, Co-Founder of Aqua Labs, emphasized the convergence of technology, culture, and capital in the new digital civilization.
“We are not merely building a new technical system,” Zhou stated. “We are reconstructing a new architecture of global trust and collaboration.”
Dr. Sarah Al Mashjari, Goodwill Ambassador of the Arab African Council, highlighted the role of inclusivity and education in shaping the digital era, urging for a multi-lingual, multicultural approach to technology-driven growth.
“Women and youth will be the key forces of the digital economy,” she noted. “True progress requires both innovation and equality.”
Dr. Peter Knez, former CIO of BlackRock and Chairman of Palm Global, addressed how RWA tokenization can redefine financial trust for emerging markets.
“This is not only a technological revolution but a reinvention of financial transparency,” said Dr. Knez. “The true value lies not in underground resources, but in systems that allow shared wealth and verified trust.”

MOVA and MINAX: Building the Foundations of the RWA Economy
Wael Muhaisen, CEO of MOVA, unveiled the company’s vision for a financial-grade modular blockchain infrastructure designed to power real-world asset flows.
He introduced MOVA Liquid and MARSPUMP — two cornerstone engines of the MOVA ecosystem. MOVA Liquid serves as a global liquidity protocol for institutional DeFi, while MARSPUMP enables smart multi-chain interoperability and computational aggregation for decentralized ecosystems.
“RWA is more than a financial innovation — it’s a redefinition of global trust,” said Muhaisen. “MOVA provides the core architecture for that transformation.”
Representing MINAX, CEO Danny Deng presented the platform’s global roadmap for brand digitalization.
“MINAX is bridging the physical and digital worlds by enabling brand assets to go on-chain,” he explained. “From luxury and sports to health and culture, we’re transforming brand identity into digital value.”

RWA Institutional Collaboration and Ecosystem Expansion
The summit also witnessed the launch of the International RWA Investment Alliance, uniting top investors from Asia, the Middle East, and Europe to promote cross-border capital coordination for on-chain assets.
Key participants included Liu Xiaoying (Founding Partner of Eagle Fund), Christina Wang (PIF China Chief Representative), Dave Lee (Co-Founder of Aqua Labs), and Edward Du (Chairman of Palm Global).
Meanwhile, the debut of Skyswarm, an intelligent distributed infrastructure within the MOVA ecosystem, marked another technological milestone — enabling decentralized computing and secure multi-chain collaboration for RWA verification and data transmission.
A Platform for the Next Decade of Global Digital Economy
By connecting blockchain technology, institutional capital, and brand ecosystems, the Vision 2030 Summit demonstrated how RWA tokenization can drive real-world adoption of Web3 infrastructure.
From financial-grade blockchain protocols to AI-powered brand digital twins, MOVA and MINAX jointly illustrated the pathways for turning real assets into digital capital, and for turning digital networks into engines of global collaboration.
As the event concluded, the summit reinforced Dubai’s position as a leading hub for digital finance and innovation in the Middle East. More importantly, it marked the beginning of a new phase of cooperation between technology, finance, and culture — driving forward a shared vision for the global digital economy.
