With over a decade of industry experience, he has been deeply involved in markets including South Korea and Japan, and has participated in the operation of an overseas community network covering 10 countries with 150 members, accumulating extensive practical experience in Web3 community operations and market expansion.
During his presentation, Utopia Jeong analyzed the development journeys and milestone achievements of multiple well-known industry projects. From early-stage community building and market growth to development stages before and after project launches, he explored the relationship between community foundations and ecosystem advancement.
He stated that through comparisons of representative projects within the Bitcoin ecosystem, he holds a positive outlook on VRQQ’s community foundation and future ecosystem potential, believing that the current stage represents an important period for observing and gaining deeper understanding of the project’s development.

As the Fifth-Largest Global FIL Mining Machine Operator, Entrepreneur in the Physical Industry, and Early Builder of the Bitcoin Ecosystem, Brother Chun took the stage to share his insights on the development value of the inscription ecosystem from the perspective of Bitcoin’s underlying operating logic.
He stated that as Bitcoin block rewards gradually decrease, the on-chain transaction demand and fee revenue generated by the inscription ecosystem may provide certain support for miner income and the long-term security of the Bitcoin network, offering a new perspective on the continued evolution of the Bitcoin ecosystem.
Drawing from his experience participating in multiple inscription projects, Brother Chun further compared the development trajectories of different projects and shared his observations on VRQQ. Over the years, he has organized numerous large-scale events with thousands of attendees across regions including Macao, China, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, and mainland China, helping the enterprises he has served achieve outstanding market results.
Drawing on more than a decade of industry experience, Mars openly reviewed his involvement across different stages of the industry, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, exchange platform tokens, and inscriptions. He also shared several personal experiences of missing key industry opportunities due to limitations in understanding and judgment at the time. These experiences have given him deeper insights into the relationship between industry cycles, market changes, and personal perspectives.
Regarding VRQQ, Mars shared that he was introduced to and began exploring VRQQ in depth in 2026 through the recommendation of a trusted connection. First, SHIM SOUYEON shared her personal experience and reflections on participating in VRQQ. Despite being over sixty years old, she continues to actively follow and participate in the Bitcoin inscription ecosystem. After learning about VRQQ through friends and family, she gradually recognized and connected with the VRQQ vision through continuous learning and communication, eventually becoming involved in the ecosystem. This time, she traveled to Hong Kong with eight Japanese partners to attend the summit, demonstrating the Japanese community’s strong interest and support for VRQQ ecosystem development.
She stated that communities are a key driving force behind ecosystem growth. The Japanese community is currently continuing to strengthen local community development, expand participation, and looks forward to increasing exchanges with partners from different regions, building consensus together, and helping more users understand and participate in the Bitcoin ecosystem.
Subsequently, JOUNG GYUBUM took the stage to share his perspective. As a cross-industry participant, he has been deeply involved in the healthcare sector and has accumulated international operational experience. Drawing from his and his wife’s journey of discovering VRQQ, he shared his understanding and personal reflections from the perspective of an individual participant, while expressing positive expectations for VRQQ’s future development.
